  1. Absolutely NOT. Wouldn’t start. Followed instructions to a T. All the troubleshooting. Won’t start. Of course I’m in the middle of the desert. Called customer service. No one ever answered. Was prompted to leave a voicemail. Awful. Never again.

    Horrible Customer Service. The push button start nor the remote will work. I reached out for support and waited over a week with no help! There is no way to shut off the generator other than turning off its gas supply because they buttons won’t work.
